摘要
为探讨快走锻炼对中年女性肥胖人群体质健康的影响,选取40名中年女性肥胖者,将其随机分为实验组和对照组(各20人),通过18周的快走锻炼(每周5次,每次90min),分别对其实验前、后身体形态、运动素质和心肺机能的18项指标进行测量分析.研究发现:长期有规律的快走健身运动对中年女性肥胖者的体质健康具有良好的促进作用,尤其在降低体质量、增强呼吸机能、减少皮脂厚度等方面具有非常明显的改善作用.
Purpose:To discuss effects of brisk walking exercise on physical fitness of middle-aged female obese.Method:Selecting 40middle-aged female obese and divide them in to experimental groups and control groups(20 persons each group)randomly.Through 18 weeks of brisk walk(5times a week,90 min each time)to measure and analyze 18 indicators of their body shape,movement quality and cardiopulmonary function before and after experiment.Conclusion:Long-term regular brisk walking fitness exercise plays a good role to promote middle-aged women obese people′s physical health and is conducive to delay the speed of its aging.
