摘要
辅导员和班主任在学生的成长成才过程中发挥着重要作用。在辅导员和班主任队伍建设过程中,辅导员和班主任的关系呈现不同的类别特点。运用象限分析法,并以对学生事务的介入程度和交流程度为依据,发现辅导员和班主任的关系存在双弱模式、一弱一强模式、一强一弱模式、双强模式四种模式。通过案例分析和访谈发现,上述模式与高校制度设计的差异、高校辅导员和班主任的分工传统以及高校辅导员和班主任价值观的差异有关。在具体工作实践中,需要调整和优化辅导员和班主任的关系:要完善制度设计,加强辅导员和班主任的培训,搭建辅导员和班主任的沟通交流平台和注重班级事务的过程性参与。
Counselor and head teacher are the guider for university students in their growing up. In the system environment that the team construction for counselor and head teacher is relatively complete,the relationship between the counselor and the class teacher presents different types of characteristics. This research classifies the relationship between counselor and head teacher into dual weak mode,a weak and a strong mode,a strong and a weak mode,and strong double mode by using quadrant analysis and according to the degree of the student affairs involvement and the communication between counselor and head teacher. The paper uses case analysis and interview method to analyze the practice performance and internal mechanism for four modes. It needs to improve the system design,strengthen the counselors and head teacher training,build counselors and head teacher communication platform and ask for more process participation in class affairs.
