“班主任+”工作模式的实践与探索——以山东农业大学农学院为例

The Practice and Exploration of a Work Pattern "Head Teacher +" :A Case about the School of Agronomy in Shandong Agricultural University

高校班主任是大学生思想教育、学习和管理工作的直接领导者。党的十八大特别强调要"立德树人",在此背景下,如何发挥好班主任在大学生政治思想教育中的作用,是高校加强班主任队伍建设的关键。在原有班主任模式的基础上,探索建立"班主任+"工作新模式,是解决原有的班主任工作模式面临诸多困境的有效途径。

Head teachers at colleges and universities are direct leaders for students in terms of ideological education,learning and management,to strengthen morality education was especially emphasized in the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,and in this context,it is vital for the head teachers to play part in the field of team building.Based on the previous work pattern of head teachers,a new pattern ＂ Head Teacher ＋＂ would be explored in order to solve the plight at present.
