中西医融合康复治疗心脉病症多元研究述评

Evaluation for Multiple Studies on Integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment and Rehabilitation of Heart Diseases

本文介绍了25年来中西医融合治疗康复心脉病症的探索历程和研究进展,较系统地总结了这一医疗模式在防治病窦综合征、冠心病、心律失常等重大心脏疾病的临床成果。作者公开了高效治疗心脉病症的针灸穴方,阐释了针刺的"双向趋衡调节"作用原理,提出并论证了"中西医融合心脏康复学"的概念及其核心内涵,简要陈述了在"中西医融合心脏康复单元"建设方面的六大进展。基于心脏康复的发展现状,作者提出如下三项评述:1中西医融合防治心脉病症具有显著的优越性;2中西医融合心脏康复将成为临床心脏康复发展的新趋势;3"身心灵境"四维整体康复模式是现代康复医学的发展方向。

This paper introduces exploration and development of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment and rehabilitation of heart diseases in recent 25 years,and clinical results of the medical model are systematically summarized in prevention and treatment of severe heart diseases such as sick sinus syndrome,coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. The author exposes effective acupuncture method in treatment of heart diseases,and explains mechanism of ＂two-way hasten scale adjustment＂in acupuncture,proposes and demonstrates the concept and key connotation of ＂integration of Chinese and western medicine cardiac rehabilitation medicine＂,and briefly presents six progresses of construction in ＂cardiac rehabilitation unit＂. Based on the current development of cardiac rehabilitation medicine research,the author puts forward three aspects in the paper are as follows：（ 1） integration of Chinese and western medicine mode has significant advantages in prevention and treatment of heart diseases;（ 2） the mode of integration of Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation heart diseases will become a new trend in development of clinical cardiac rehabilitation;（ 3） ＂body- heart- soul- environment＂extremities overall rehabilitation modality is the development direction of modern rehabilitation medicine.
