A型肉毒毒素对三叉神经痛患者心理状况及生活质量的影响

Effect of Botulinum Toxin Type A on Psychological Status and Quality of Life of Patients with Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的探讨A型肉毒毒素对三叉神经痛患者心理状况以及生活质量的影响。方法将2014年12月—2015年12月上海市杨浦区市东医院治疗的三叉神经痛患者100例根据不同的治疗方法分为观察组(52例)与对照组(48例)。其中观察组接受A型肉毒毒素治疗,对照组接受卡马西平治疗。治疗8周后,观察并比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组焦虑、抑郁、睡眠干扰、疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述指标较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05),有效率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 A型肉毒毒素治疗三叉神经痛,能显著改善患者心理状况与生活质量,且治疗有效、安全,具有推广价值。

Objective To investigate effect of botulinum toxin type A on psychological status and quality of life of patients with trigeminal neuralgia. Methods A total of 100 patients with trigeminal neuralgia during December 2014 and December 2015 were divided into observation group（ n = 52） and control group（ n = 48） according to different treatment methods. Observation group was treated with botulinum toxin type A,while control group was treated with Carbamazepine. After treatment for 8 weeks,effect and incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed and compared between two groups. Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in anxiety,depression,sleep interference and pain scores between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the above indexes in observation group were significantly improved compared with those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia can significantly improve physiological status and quality of life with effective and safe.
