摘要
目的研究MACROD2基因rs2208454单核苷酸多态性与脑出血(ICH)的关系。方法采用SNa Pshot方法检测124例ICH患者(ICH组)及149名正常对照者(对照组)的rs2208454单核苷酸多态性。结果与对照组比较,ICH组及脑叶出血亚组收缩压、舒张压及高血压史、糖尿病史比率显著增高(均P<0.05),非脑叶出血亚组收缩压、舒张压及高血压史、糖尿病史、饮酒史比率显著增高(均P<0.05)。与对照组比较,TT、GT、GG基因型分布在ICH组及其亚组差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。非条件Logistic回归分析显示,SNP rs2208454与ICH无相关性(均P>0.05)。亚组分析中,SNP rs2208454与非脑叶出血及脑叶出血亦无相关性(均P>0.05)。结论 rs2208454单核苷酸多态性与ICH不相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) rs2208454 in MACROD2 gene and intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Methods The SNP rs2208454 of 124 ICH patients (ICH group) and 149 normal controls (control group) was detected by SNaPshot technique. Results Compared with control group, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure and the rate of hypertension and diabetes of ICH group and lobar ICH subgroup were significantly increased ( all P 〈 0. 05 ), systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure and the rate of hypertension, diabetes and drinking of nonlobar ICH subgroup were significantly increased ( all P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with control group, the distribution genotypes (TT, GT, GG) of ICH group and its subgroups had no statistically significant difference ( all P 〉 0. 05 ). Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed SNP rs2208454 had no correlation with ICH ( all P 〉 0.05 ). In subgroup analysis, SNP rs2208454 had no correlation with nonlobar and lobar ICH ( all P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion SNP rs2208454 has no correlation with ICH.
