As a key literature for research on the cultural life of Lin＇an in Southern Song Dynasty, ＂Mengliang Record＂ records a large amount of wine information and customs in the daily life of the people of Lin＇an in Southern Song Dynasty, which is of great significance for research on wine culture of Lin＇ an in Southern Song Dynasty. The article probes into the wine culture of Lin＇an in the Southern Song Dynasty in ＂Mengliang Record＂ by analyzing foods and drinks,festival celebration activities and entertainments,poetry and wine culture,and wine shops recoded in ＂Mengliang Record＂.
