高职院校会计专业校外实训基地建设问题与对策

On the Problems in Construction of Off-campus Practice Bases for Accounting Program and the Countermeasures in Vocational Colleges

当前,各大高职院校就读会计专业的学生不断增多,但高质量的实习机会却少之又少。对此,建设高职院校会计专业校外实训基地,是提高学生职业能力和就业能力的重要策略。在建设高职院校会计专业校外实训基地时,要注意加强校企合作,改革和创新实训方式,联合企业制定完善的实训流程。

There is an ever-increasing number of students in vocational colleges in China who select accounting program but get few opportunities for internship of high quality.Acordingly, construction of off-campus practice bases for accounting program represents a key strategy for improvement of students＂ vocational ability and em- ployment ability. Attentions need to be made to intensify college-enterprise cooperations,reform and innovate practical training modes, and make joint efforts with the enterprises to develop and improve practical training pro- cess.
