摘要
鉴于原有三方主体的概念已不能全面反映众筹市场参与者及其行为,提出众筹第四方的概念,分析其群体构成、作用和参与动机,并针对其发展相对缓慢的状况,提出促进发展的建议。众筹第四方概念拓展了众筹市场参与者的研究范围,分析其动机和行为影响因素,从而设计相应的促进机制,有助于动员更多社会资源参与到众筹模式中,对推动众筹发展有现实的价值。
In view of the conception of the original three main bodies, which fails to comprehensively reflect the participnats along with their behaviors in crowdfunding market, the article articulates the conception of the fourth party of crowdfunding, analyzes its group constitution,functions and participation motivation,and then comes up with promotion suggestions in light of its slow development. The conception of the fourth party of crowdfunding expands the research ranges of the participants, analyzes its participation motivation and behavior influences, and designs corresponding promotion mechanism,which contributes to mobilization of more social resourses to crowd- funding pattern and is of practical value for promotion of crowdfunding development.
