摘要
"包容性发展"作为一种社会发展理念,强调机会平等,享受权益公平。老年教育作为弱势群体教育的状况使其发展受限,然而在现今老龄化社会背景下,老年教育不能再仅被视为边缘性的教育形式,应当从更加广泛深刻的视域着眼其教育公平,因此本研究从包容性发展视角理解老年教育公平问题,并就其内涵、发展维度等构建老年教育公平新范式,从而呼唤社会重新审视老年教育在促进社会和谐发展中的要义,希冀更多老年人享受终身学习权益,乐于参与终身学习。
As a concept of social development,the inclusive development emphasizes on the equality of opportunities,rights and interests.This paper studies the equality of elderly education from the view of inclusive development,and emphasizes the significance of elderly education in the construction of a harmonious society by analyzing the connotation and the development dimension in building the new paradigm of elderly education.
