高职学生法制教育存在的问题与对策研究

On the Problems and Countermeasures of Legal Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职学生法制教育是新时代背景下高校教育的重要组成部分,是培养高职学生做现代社会良好公民的重要保障,其具有促进个体与社会发展双重功能。当前我国高职学生法制教育面临教育环境中法制观念较为薄弱、学校法制教育与德育相脱离、法制教育内容设置不合理、法制教育途径单一等问题。基于这种现状,高职院校有必要发挥法制校园的育人功能,增强院校法制教育的实践教学,构建社会—家庭—学校—个体四位一体的法制教育体系,推进法制教育中的"德""法"一体化建设,做好高职学生的法制教育工作。

As an important part of higher vocational education, the legal education of higher vocational students plays a crucial role in improving the development of individual and the society, and helps raising students＇ense of good citizenship. Nowadays, higher vocational students are weak in legal awareness, and the legal education system in collegs are faced with critical problems, such as isolation between legal education and moral education, unreasonable contents settings and single education methods, etc. So it ＇s essential to improve their legal education by strengthening the legal practice teaching, building the new education system with the integration of the society, family, school and individual, and promoting legal and moral education together.
