Research on the Construction of Periodical of Public Security Editors' Quality

以唯物主义辩证法审视编辑素养建设与期刊整体发展的辩证统一。选取公安类期刊为样本,以公安类期刊编辑素养培育为研究视角,在分析期刊编辑素养建设的若干重要性要素的基础上,结合公安工作发展实际,提出公安类期刊编辑应加强政治理论学习、汲取公安理论知识、走进公安工作一线、提升编辑理论修为、与作者及业内专家交流协作等几点素养建设实现路径,助力期刊编辑素养的有机养成与有机发展建设。

Reviewing the dialectical unity relationship between the construction of editor＇s quality an d the development of periodicals in the way of dialectical materialism, and taking the periodical of publi c security as an example, this paper analyzes the importance of the construction of the quality of public security periodical editors, and combined with the development reality, proposes several methods in realizing the construction of the quality in which the public security periodical editors should strengthen the study of the political theories, acquire the knowledge of the public security, step into the front lines of the public security jobs, promote the editorial theories, cooperate and communicate with the authors and experts in the industry.
