我国县域金融供给创新研究--基于农业供给侧结构性改革视角

Supply Innovation of County Finance in China Based on Structural Reform of Agricultural Supply Side

县域金融是县域经济发展的重要支柱,也是县域经济增长的助推器。随着农业供给侧结构性改革的深入,县域金融面临着新的挑战。在正确认识金融供给现状的基础上,根据农业供给侧结构性改革的侧重点,县域金融主动求变,实现农村金融供给创新,这既是大势所趋,也是其未来的发展方向。首先运用美国经济学家戈德·史密斯(Gold Smiths)提出的金融相关率对我国1994-2013年农村金融融量进行考察;其次,探讨农业供给侧结构性改革的侧重点,最后提出相应建议。

The county finance is the important pillar of county economy＇ s development, also is the booster of county economic growth. With the structural reform of agricultural supply side deepening, the county financial meets new challenges. On the basis of a clear understanding of the present situation , the county finance, accord- ing to the points of the structural reform of agricultural supply side, should comply with the initiative for change to realize the innovation in rural financial supply, which is the general tendency and the future development＇ s direc- tion. The paper firstly used the actual amount of rural finance ply side ; finally, put forward Financial Related Rate proposed by American economist Gold Smiths to calculate the from 1994 to 2013 ; then discussed emphases of structural reform of agricultural sup- corresponding Suggestions.
