蔺道人卜居宜春巩村考

Research on Lin Daoren' s Residence at Gong Village in Yichun

以《理伤续断方》书前的无名氏序言为线索,采取历史系联与田野调查相结合的研究方法,既紧扣文本又跳出文本,以大视角全方位对蔺道人及其卜居宜春巩村事由作较为全面深入的考证辨析。对序言所涉及的会昌法难及其后的反会昌之政的考证表明,那个特定的时代(唐会昌、大中年间)及其有关人物、有关历史事件,构成一个涉及政治、经济、军事、宗教、医学以及行政区域、自然地理、乡情民俗等众多领域的完整的信息链,可以说事理契合,严密有序,很难编造。而对有关整骨医学用语的语义说解告诉我们,《理伤续断方》带有宜春方言色彩,其中一些重要的整骨术语(如"撙""擫"等)甚至必须用宜春方言义训释才能正确理解,这说明《理伤续断方》面世于宜春并影响宜春是一件真实不虚之事。对"巩村"改名理据的考察辨析,使我们看到"巩村"之"巩"的训诂义包含重要的医学内容,具有丰富的历史文化内涵;对"巩村"之"巩"历史音变的考察辨析,使我们看到唐代"钟村"与今之"巩村"历经一千多年时代变化仍具有现实口头"语言化石"式的历史文化系联,这进一步说明《理伤续断方》序言所记真实不虚,从而更进一步说明序言本身真实不虚。蔺道人并非子虚乌有先生。蔺道人之卜居宜春巩村,并非如一些人所说的这只是一个传说。

With the preface from the book Prescription for the Management of Trauma and Fracture as the starting point, the author conducted a holistic examination and analysis on Lin＇ s residence at Gong Village in Yi- chun. Through examining the preface, the relevant figures and historical events during that specific era were part of a complete information chain formed by politics, economics, military affairs, religion, administrative regions, natural geography, and folk culture, which were organized, reasonable, and hard to be forged. The pragmatic in- terpretation on relevant bone setting medical terms has shown Yichun dialect features. Some of the important bone setting terms, such as ＂zun＂ and ＂ye＂, can only be accurately comprehended with Yichun dialect interpreta- tions. This has shown that Prescription for the Management of Trauma and Fracture was compiled in Yichun and has influenced this place. Regarding the renaming of Gong Village, this research has enabled us to see that ＂Gong＂ contained important medical content, and it also has revealed the historical and cultural relations of the language fossilization through the Change of sound of ＂ Gong＂ . All those validate the authenticity of Prescription for the Man- agement of Trauma and Fracture and its preface. Lin Daoren was not a fictional figure, and his residence at Gong Village in Yichun was not a legend.
