摘要 通过对高职院校社会服务功能的分析,指出当前社会服务存在的问题,并提出高职院校社会服务能力提升的途径包括:转变社会服务观念,变"被动"为"主动";建立和完善社会服务的机制和制度;提高社会服务工作的针对性;推进产教融合,促进人才培养与社会服务同步转型;提高教师参与社会服务的积极性和能力。 The paper analyzes the functions of the social serving ability of the higher vocational colleges, points out the problems in the present social serving works and proposes the approaches in the abifity promotion. They arc transforming the idea of the social service from '1passive" to "active"; constructing and perfecting the mechanism and system of the social service; improving the pertinence of the social service; enhancing the integration of the production and education; advancing the transformation of intel- ligence cultivation and social service: and improving the motivation and ability of the teachers in social service.
