加强党内法治理念和制度意识,对于推进党的制度建设意义重大。当前,中国共产党党内法治理念和制度意识较为薄弱。加强党内法治理念和制度意识,推进党的制度建设,应该针对突出的思想认识问题开展宣传教育,用创新内容、创新手段进行宣传教育。

To strengthen the rule of law and the institutional consciousness is of great significance to promote the party＇ s institutional construction. At present, the party＇ s idea of the rule of law and the institutional consciousness is relatively weak. To solve this issue, a good work of publicity and education should be carried out, especially targeting those outstanding ideological problems. Also, this paper suggests some innovative means and content should be adopted in the education.
