摘要
结肠动力障碍性疾病如慢性便秘是一种临床常见疾病,治疗药物种类繁多,其中刺激性泻剂比沙可啶(Bisacodyl)历史悠久,有较好的治疗效果。随着人结肠测压技术的进展,其作用不仅限于治疗,还可作为诊断结肠动力异常尤其是神经性损伤的生物标记物之一,使其在研究领域和临床上褒贬不一。至今,Bisacodyl的主要作用机制尤其是结肠动力方面尚不明确,本文就Bisacodyl对结肠影响、作用机制及结肠测压中的应用作一概述。
Colonic motility disorders such as chronic constipation is a common clinical disease. A variety of drugs for treating constipation,among these irritant purgative Bisacodyl has gone through a long history with a better therapeutic effect. With the advancement of human colonic manometry,Bisacodyl is not only limited to treatment,but also be as a diagnosis of colonic motility anomalies,especially one of the biomarkers of neurogenic damage,these mentioned above render it mixed in the field of research and clinic. So far,the main mechanism of Bisacodyl particularly in colonic motility is still not very clear. This review highlights the effects of Bisacodyl on colon,its mechanism and the application in human colonic manometry.
