摘要
本文致力于讨论心理契约角度下对青年教师职业发展的影响,在国内外文献回顾的基础上,通过青年教师的特点和困境分析,从心理契约角度、从高职院校和青年教师角度出发,探讨高职院校青年教师发展的现状提出建议。
This paper strives to discuss the influence of psychological contract on the professional development of young teachers. Based on a review of domestic and foreign literature, and through an analysis on the characteristics of young teachers, this paper explores the current situation of young teachers' professional development in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
