基于层次分析法的研究型立体化旅游人才评价研究

Evaluation of Three-Dimensional Tourism Talents on Analytic Hierarchy Process

我国旅游业发展势头迅猛,新时期旅游产业的发展对旅游人才的培养也提出了新的要求。研究型立体化旅游人才的培养成为我国旅游教育领域亟待探索和解决的新课题。运用AHP层次分析法将研究型立体化旅游人才的内涵要求进行逐层剖析,利用其定量分析与定性分析相结合的优势,尝试性建立一套研究型立体化旅游人才评价指标体系,从评价的角度为旅游产业人才建设提供参考。

The momentum of tourism in China has put forward new requirements for the training of tourism talents in the new period. The cultivation of three-dimensional tourism talents has become a new topic in the field of tourism education in China. This paper analyzes the connotation of the three-dimensional tourism talents by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. AHP method can take advantage of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis and make an objective evaluation of the Evaluation Index System of Three-dimensional Tourism Talents, offering reference for talent construction in tourism industry.
