摘要
学校从真正意义上来说应该是一个学习共同体,必须"有共同的愿景;能够彼此交流;人人平等;有规则纪律约束;相互关心照顾;气氛是快乐的",本文结合教学实践,分析了建立教学共同体的具体方法。
The school should he a learning community in the true sense. Every people at a school have a common vision; teachers and students are able to communicate with each other; every teacher and student is equal; teachers' and students' behaviors are regulated by disciplines and regulations; teachers and students care for each other; the atmosphere is happy. Combined with teaching practice, this paper analyzes specific methods of teaching community construction.
