辅导员是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是高校从事思想政治教育、日常事务管理、危机事件应对等工作的中坚力量,是大学生健康成长成才的指导者和引路人。当前形势对高校辅导员工作的开展提出了更高的要求,本文试从高校辅导员工作思路与方法的角度,探索新的工作机制,以期推进高校辅导员工作内容的全面创新。

Counselors are an important part of college teachers. They are the backbone of ideological and political edueation, daily affairs management and crisis response. They are the instructors and guides of college students＇ healthy growth and development. This paper tries to explore the new working mechanism from the point of view of university counselors＇ working train of thought and methods, with a view to promoting the comprehensive innovation of the content of college counselors＇ work.
