摘要
面对艺术类的就业市场出现供求关系严重失衡的现象,本文从设计类学生的特点入手,以南京理工大学为例,通过调查研究和教育实践,积极探索大学生专业实践教育的多形式、多方位、多渠道,逐步建立"三化一励"专业实践教育体系,以期为提高艺术类学生专业水平和素养提供可供借鉴的经验和做法。
Facing the severely imbalanced relation between supply and demand of art graduates in the employment market, this paper, with the characteristics of design students as the break-through point and Nanjing University of Science and Technology as the example, actively explores a new professional practice education system for them through investigations and education practice, hoping to provide some experience and measures for the improvement of art majors' professional level and quality.
