工业设计专业B+CDIO人才培养模式实践——以产品开发与设计课程为例

摘要 本文提出工业设计专业B+CDIO人才培养模式;通过对"产品开发与设计"课程的改革,实践工业设计专业B+CDIO人才培养模式,探索出一条符合我国特色的工业设计人才培养模式;围绕"构想-设计-实施-运作"的工程教育培养思路,在两个年级做了课程教学改革,取得明显效果。实践表明,通过B+CDIO人才培养模式下的产品开发与设计课程改革,学生的设计实践、动手操作、商业模式设计、项目运作的能力得到明显提高。 "BCDIO" talent training mode of industrial design major is proposed. We put the theory into practice through the reform of the "product design and development" curriculum, in order to explore a way with the characteristics of China's industrial design talent training mode. Based on the engineering education training ideas "Conceive-Design-Implementation-Operation", the proposed teaching reform were applied in two grades, having yielded remarkable result. The practice shows that, through the curriculum reform of product design and development based on "B+CDIO" talents training, students' ability has been improved obviously, which includes design practice, hands made, operation, business model design and project operation.
