摘要
系泊链是海工装备的重要组成部分,其质量直接影响到整个装备的安全性能。为了保证最终产品的尺寸、外形及产品的力学性能,需要采用热编环工艺。本研究通过热塑性试验和晶粒度检查,分析了温度对系泊链材料性能的影响,并制定了能够满足产品最终质量的热编环工艺。
Mooring chain is a key component of offshore equipment, its quality will directly affect the safety performance of the whole system. Generally, the hot bending technology is adopted for fabrication of moor- ing chain to ensure the final dimension, proportion and the mechanical performance of product. The effect of temperature on mechanical properties of mooring chain steel is studied by the hot ductility test and grain size examination. Furthermore, the hot bending process is set out to able to meet the final quality of prod- uct in this work.
