胃痛是慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)最常见的症状之一,而疼痛又可具体分为不同的类型,不同类型的胃痛代表着不同病机。该文根据刘启泉教授多年从事脾胃病临床研究的经验,从临床表现、病机、治则、方药等多方面归纳叙述了隐痛、绞痛、热痛、冷痛、胀痛、暴痛、空痛、刺痛、饥饿痛、重痛、放射痛、闷痛12种类型的胃痛,以期为临床上治疗CAG之胃痛提供新的思路与方法。

The12 types of stomach pain includes dull ache, colic, heat pain, cold pain, bursting pain, sudden pain, empty pain, sharp pain, hungry pain, heavy pain, rediating pain, stuffy pain. Purpose is providing various new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of stomachache.
