摘要
目的:研究马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea L.)中的生物碱类化学成分。方法:采用薄层色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、葡聚糖柱色谱等技术进行分离纯化,根据超高效液相色谱、核磁共振和高分辨质谱等相关技术进行结构鉴定。结果:1D NMR,2D NMR及HR-ESI-TOF-MS检测结果与有关文献对照,确定所得化合物为β-咔啉。结论:本实验首次在马齿苋中分离得到单体生物碱β-咔啉,纯度经超高效液相色谱法测定达98%以上。
Objective : The purpose is to study the alkaloids in the Portulaca oleracea L. Methods : Separating the compound with polyamide and ODS column chromatography, purified by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and the compound was identified by using the nuclear magnetic resonance ( NMR ) method and high resolution electrospray ionization time of flight mass spectrum ( HR-ESI-TOF-MS ) techniques. Results : β -carboline was obtained via the results of 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and HR-ESI-TOF- MS, by comparing with relative literature. Conclusion : β -carbolin was isolated from the Portulaca oleraeea L. for the first time, and the purity of β -carboline was 〉 98% identified by ultra high performance liquid chromatography ( UHPLC ) method.
