补肾活血法治疗帕金森病meta分析

A Meta-analysis:Bushen Huoxue Treatment of Parkinson's Disease

目的:通过对治疗后的治疗有效率、不良反应发生例数等进行meta分析,评价补肾活血法在西药基础上治疗帕金森病的有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索CBMdisc、CNKI等数据库,纳入补肾活血法治疗帕金森病的随机对照试验,并对纳入研究的方法学质量进行系统评价,并应用Rev Man 5.2软件进行统计分析。结果:共纳入9个随机对照试验。meta分析结果表明:有效率比较显示补肾活血法治疗组较对照组更为有效,合并治疗有效率效应量OR=7.78[3.41,17.75](95%CI),P<0.00001,具有显著的统计学意义;安全性比较分析显示说明补肾活血法试验组的安全性高于对照组,数据合并效应量OR=0.29[0.13,0.63](95%CI),P=0.002,具有统计学意义。但由于纳入文献数较少,发表偏倚较大,故需扩大样本量进行比较才能得出较为准确结论,同时随机对照试验的质量也可能影响结论。结论:基于纳入9项文献的meta分析结果,认为补肾活血法在西药基础上治疗帕金森病是具有疗效的,并且在一定程度上可减少西药在治疗中产生的不良反应。结论对治疗PD的临床用药有一定的参考性。

Objective： Estimate the effectivity and safety of Bushen Huoxue treatment of Parkinson＇s disease, by the recta-analysis on the effective rate and adverse reaction after treatment. Methods ： Retrieve CBMdisc and CNKI database, internalize randomized controlled trial of Bushen Huoxue treatment of Parkinson＇s Disease. System evaluate the quality of methodology and statistical analysis them with RevMan 5.2. Results ： There were 9 randomized controlled trial internalized. Meta-analysis showed that the group of Bushen Huoxue treatment of Parkinson＇s Disease was more effective than the control group. The effective quantity of combining treatment was OR = 7.78[3.41,17.75] （ 95%CI ）, P〈0.00001, with distinguished statistical significance. The safety of Bushen Huoxue treatment of Parkinson＇s disease was more effective than the control group. The merge effective quantity was OR =0.29[0.13,0.63] （ 95%CI ）, P=0.002, with statistical significance. However, the number of literature was few, and the bias was high. In this case, we need to expanding the sample size to get exact conclusion. Meanwhile, the quality of randomized controlled trial may affect the result. Conclusion ： The result of Meta-analysis on the 9 literature show that Bushen Huoxue treatment of Parkinson＇s disease combining with Western medicine was effective and seldom adverse reaction. The conclusion is referring to the clinical medication of PD.
