中药熏洗辅助治疗对混合痔外剥内扎术疗效及术后并发症影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Washing Therapy on Mixed Hemorrhoids by Using and Complications after Ligation Surgery

目的:探讨应用中药熏洗治疗对患者混合痔外剥内扎术后并发症的影响。方法:选取混合痔外剥内扎术术后患者80例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组均采用混合痔外剥内扎术,术后观察组应用中药熏洗辅助治疗,药物包括黄连9 g,苦参15 g,苏木10 g,蒲公英15 g,黄芩12 g,白芷10 g,连翘10 g,金银花12 g,红花10 g,黄柏15 g,白芍10 g,川芎10 g,生川乌10 g,熬制进行熏洗15 min,2次/d,对照组应用温水熏洗治疗,15 min,2次/d。观察两组应用相应方法后的治疗效果以及并发症恢复情况。结果:观察组总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创口愈合时间、恢复正常生活时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛消失时间、肛门下坠时间、水肿消失时间、便血消失时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗能够有效的缩短患者疼痛、水肿、便血、肛门下坠恢复时间,促进创面愈合。

Objective ： To investigate the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on patients with mixed hemorrhoids postoperative complication. Methods ： The selection of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative patients in 80 cases, according to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, each of the 40 cases. Two groups were treated with mixed hemorrhoid milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy, application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the observation group after operation, drugs including Rhizoma Coptidis 9 g, Sophora flavescens 15 g, 10g of Caesalpinia sappan, dandelion 15 g, skullcap 12 g, angelica 10 g, 10 g of Fructus Forsythiae, 12 g honeysuckle, safflower 10 g, 15 g of Cortex PheIIodendri, Radix Paeoniae Alba 10 g, 10 g Ligusticum wallichii, Radix Aconiti 10 g, boil the system to carry out fumigation 15 min,2 times/d, control group was treated with warm water fumigation treatment, 15 min,2 times/d. The treatment effects and complications of the two groups were observed. Results ： The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 75% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）; To observe the group wound healing time, recovery time and hospital stay were shorter than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）; II observation group, the pain disappeared time, anal straining time, edema disappeared time, blood in the stool disappear time were significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese herb fumigation and washing can effectively relieve pain, edema, blood in the stool, anal straining recovery time and promote wound healing.
