脑心通胶囊联合西药治疗缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉粥样硬化疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Naoxintong Capsule Combined with Western Medicine on Treating Patients with Carotid Artery Atherosclerosis

目的:旨在研究脑心通胶囊联合西医治疗缺血性脑卒中颈动脉粥样硬化患者的临床研究。方法:选自抚顺市中心医院2014年1月-2015年1月神经内科门诊就诊或住院的患者共80例。随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组只给予西医常规治疗(阿托伐他汀),治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上给予脑心通胶囊,疗程6个月。分别于治疗前,治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月观察患者的颈动脉斑块、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、血脂、纤维蛋白质(FIB)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CPR)的变化。结果:两组治疗后,颈动脉斑块和颈动脉内膜中层厚度均有明显降低,且治疗组改变明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;血脂水平、FIB水平及hs-CPR水平均有所降低,且治疗组较对照组均有明显降低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:脑心通胶囊联合西药治疗缺血性脑卒中伴颈动脉粥样硬化患者疗效显着。

Objective：To observa curative effect of Naoxintong Capsule combined with Western medicine on treating ischemic stroke clinical patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis. Methods： Selected patients with a certain hospital in January 2014-2015 in January neurology outpatients or hospitalized a total of 80 cases. Randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases each. The control group received routine Western medicine （ atorvastatin ）, the treatment group was received Naoxintong Capsule on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, the treatment for 6 months. Before treatment, after treatment, one month, three months, six months of carotid artery plaque were observed in patients with carotid artery intima-media thickness, blood lipids, fibrinogen （ FIB ）, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （ hs-CPR ） The change. Results ： After treatment, carotid artery plaque and carotid intima-media thickness were significantly reduced, and the change in the treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）, the difference was statistically significant; lipid levels, FIB level and hs-CPR levels were decreased, and the treatment group were significantly lower （ P〈0.05 ） than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion ： Naoxintong Capsule combined with Western medicine treating of isehemie stroke associated patients with carotid atheroselerosis has significant effect.
