摘要 真正的教育是自主教育,小学教学的改革,应该秉承这一理念,推动学生进行自主管理,可以调动其组织能力、提升其积极性、凝聚班级向心力等。笔者运用文献资料法,解析了班级自主管理的内涵和价值,从而提出了构建班级自主管理体系的策略,以期推动小学班级管理模式的创新,提升班主任管理班级的整体绩效,促进学生的全面发展。 The real education is self-education. Primary school teaching reform should uphold this concept, in order to promote students' autonomous management, thus mobilizing their organizational skills, improve their enthusiasm and class cohesive force. With literature method, the writer analyzes the connotation and value of autonomous class management, and then proposes the strategies to establish an autonomous class management system, in order to promote the innovation of primary school class management mode, enhance the overall performance of class management, and promote the all-round development of students.
