摘要
自主学习强调培养学生的学习动机和浓厚的学习兴趣,从而进行能动的学习。《数学课程标准》指出:"学生是数学学习的主人,教师是数学学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。"因此,我们要引导学生主动参与探求知识的过程,而不是被动地或不情愿地学习。"以学生发展为本"应是我们课堂教学的出发点和归宿。下面就组织有效的课堂教学,突出学生的主体地位,优化教学过程,促进学生自主学习谈谈几点实践体会。
Autonomous learning emphasizes the cultivation of students' learning motivation and learning interest, so as to stimulate their subjective learning. It is pointed out in "Curriculum Standard for Mathematics" that "students are the master of mathematics learning, while teachers are the organizer, guide and cooperator of mathematics learning". Therefore, we should guide students to participate in knowledge inquiry autonomously. The orientation of student development should be the starting and ending point of classroom teaching. This paper discusses some practical experience in organizing effective classroom teaching, highlighting students' subjective position, optimizing teaching process and promoting students' autonomous learning.
