摘要
尽管2014年高考已经过去几年了,但是围绕"理综能力测试卷I中第40(3)题的答案"的讨论并没有消失,广大高中师生以及一些生物学家对此依然存有疑义。本文对争辩双方的观点及理论进行了总结与阐述,并在此基础上结合文献研究进行了讨论,提出了自己的观点:细胞中的染色体数目与有丝分裂过程中染色体的数量(变化)属于不同的范畴,不能简单地将二者之间划为等号;该小题忽视了有丝分裂的干扰,表述中缺乏必要的限定条件或提示,是不完美的、有瑕疵的。
Several years has passed after the 2014 college entrance examination, but discussions around the key to Question 40(3) for integrated test in science (I) have not ended, and there are still doubts about this among many senior high school teachers and students and some biologists. This paper and elaborates the views and theories of both sides in the debate, and discusses combined with literature research on this basis, and also puts forward personal views: the number of chromosomes in cells are the number of chromosomes during the process of mitosis belong to different categories, so they are not equal to each other; this question ignores the interference of mitosis, lacking necessary limitations of hints, so it is flawed.
