摘要
系统反思能突破教育制度研究非此即彼、二元对立的简单思维,建立符合政策现实的连接新旧制度的教育制度体系。以中小学教师管理机制为例,从顶层设计、运行机制、管理方式、动力机制、约束机制、价值取向等方面进行系统反思,在此基础上对既有制度作策略改进本身即是一种创新。
System reflection can break the simple thinking of binary opposition and establish an education system conforming to real policies and combining old and new systems. With the management mechanism of primary and secondary school teachers, this paper carries out a system reflection from top-level design, operation mechanism, management method, driving mechanism, restriction mechanism and values orientation. The strategic improvement of the existing system is a kind of innovation itself.
