Research on the Skills of Guiding Students' Growth in the Team Construction of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

辅导员对于学生的成长和学习来说有着非常重要的作用,尤其是在高职院校当中。由于学生正处于十七八岁的青春期,生理和心理等各方面都很不成熟,这就需要有人来对他们进行引导,保证学生在高职院校的学习质量和生活质量,因此对于辅导员队伍提出了更高的要求。本文主要对高职院校辅导员队伍建设当中对于学生的成长辅导技巧进行了研究分析,以期能够为高职院校学生成长辅导提供某些理论依据。

Counselors play a pivotal role in children＇s growth and learning, especially in higher vocational colleges. As students are in adolescence, and they are immature physically and psychologically, requiring someone to guide them, so as to ensure their quality of learning and life in higher vocational colleges, so higher requirements are put forward for counselors. This paper mainly analyzes the skills of guiding students＇ growth in the team construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges, hoping to provide some theoretical references for the guidance of students＇ growth in higher vocational colleges.
