摘要
以688名钢铁企业员工的问卷调查数据为基础,以结构方程模型为分析方法,验证作业疲劳对组织承诺的作用机制,检验工作满意度在作业疲劳与组织承诺之间发挥的作用。研究结果发现,作业疲劳对组织承诺具有负向影响作用,工作满意度在二者关系中发挥部分中介作用。研究结论为组织承诺理论提供了新的认知视角,为企业管理者提供了提高员工情感承诺、降低员工离职率的改善建议。
Take the questionnaire survey data of 688 iron and steel enterprise staff as basis,adopt the structural equation model as analyze method,the purpose is to verify the action mechanism of operating fatigue on organizational commitment and determine the action of job satisfaction played between operating fatigue and organizational commitment.Results show that the operating fatigue has negative effects on organizational commitment,the job satisfaction playes partial intermediation action in the relationship between two of them.Result conclusion provides new cognitive perspective for organizational commitment theory and also provides enterprise manager the improvement suggestions that improve employees' emotional commitment and reduce the employees' separation rate.
