摘要
为提高除雾器的除雾效率,在流线型波纹板除雾器的基础上,进行了一些了的优化改型,添加一个钩板以及挡板。采用数值模拟的方法,对三种模型进行了60种工况的模拟,研究表明:YW型和YY型除雾器能够较大程度的提高除雾效率,尤其是在低流速、小粒径的工况。但是由于YW型、YY型的钩板和挡板的存在,局部阻力产生局部损失时压降较WW型的大。
order to improve the efficiency of mist eliminator, on the basis of the streamline wave plate in addition to fog, to some of the optimization, add a hook plate and baffle. Use methods of numerical simulation, simu- lation of 60 kinds of operating modes are carried out on three models, research shows : YW type and YY type in addition to fog can improve the efficiency of the fog, especially in the condition of small size, low tassel, the partial loss of local resistance is larger than that of the WW type.
