恩度联合含铂类化疗药物用于治疗非小细胞肺癌合并心律不齐患者的疗效分析

A Study on the Effects of Endostar Combined with Chemotherapeutic Drugs Containing Platinum for Treatment of Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Arrhythmia

目的观察恩度联合含铂类化疗药物对非小细胞肺癌合并心律不齐患者的临床治疗效果及对肺功能的影响。方法选取非小细胞肺癌合并心律不齐患者80例,采用随机数字法分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40),对照组采用常规NP化疗方案治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合恩度化疗,采用德国耶格MASTER SCREEN肺功能测定仪测定两组患者治疗前后的肺功能、并观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组近期治疗有效率为52.50%,对照组治疗有效率为37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前肺功能指标FEV1、FVC、FEV1Pred及FEV1/FVC水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗7 d后肺功能指标FEV1、FVC、FEV1Pred及FEV1/FVC水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后药物不良反应发生率及心功能分级比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规NP化疗基础上联合恩度治疗非小细胞肺癌合并心律不齐患者的疗效理想,能改善患者肺功能水平,且安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Endostar combined with chemotherapeutic drugs containing platinum in treat- ment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and arrhythmia and its effect on their pulmonary function. Methods 80 patients with non- small cell lung cancer combined with arrhythmia were divided into control group （n=40） and study group （n=40） randomly. Patients in control group were given conventional NP chemotherapy, and patients in study group were given Endostar treatment on the basis of conventional NP chemotherapy. We applied German MASTER SCREEN （lung function measuring equipment） to detect the lung function of patients in two groups before and after treatment. We also observed the clinical effect and adverse reaction of the two groups. Results The short-term ef- ficiency was 52.50% in study group and 37.50% in control group, and difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in pulmonary function indexes including FEV1, FVC, FEV1Pred and FEV1/FVC levels between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. However, after 7 days＇ treatment, these indexes were obviously higher in the study group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the incidence of adverse drug reactions and cardiac function classification of the two groups showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Endostar combined with conventional NP chemotherapy had a desired effect in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients with arrhythmia, and it can improve the pulmonary function of patients..
