益气复生方对晚期胃癌化疗患者临床疗效及血清血管内皮生长因子水平的影响

Effects of Yiqifushengfang on the Level of Serum Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Clinical Efficacy of Advanced Gastric Cancer Chemotherapy Patients

目的探讨益气复生方治疗晚期胃癌化疗患者的临床疗效及对血清血管内皮生长因子水平的影响。方法将177例脾虚瘀毒型晚期胃癌患者随机分为对照组(80例)和治疗组(97例),对照组采用FOLFOX6方案治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加服益气复生方。观察两组患者中医证候疗效、不良反应的发生情况、治疗前后的生活质量及血清血管内皮生长因子水平的变化。结果治疗组患者的中医证候疗效(87.6%vs.58.8%)、生活质量(66.0%vs.53.8%)及血清血管内皮生长因子水平[(189.6±13.7)vs.(104.2±11.4)]均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组消化道反应、骨髓抑制等毒副作用的发生率较低,且普遍较轻。结论 FOLFOX6化疗方案联合益气复生方治疗可提高胃癌患者的化疗有效率,改善其生存质量,且安全性更高。

Objective To investigate the effects of Yiqifushengfang on serum vascular endothelial growth factor and its clinical efficacy for advanced gastric cancer chemotherapy patients. Methods 177 advanced gastric cancer chemotherapy patients with spleen deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into control group （80 cases） and treatment group （97 cases）. The control group was treated with FOL- FOX6 regimen. The treatment group was treated with Yiqifushengfang on the base of FOLFOX6 regimen. Observe the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome （TCM）, adverse reaction and the quality of life of patients in two groups and the changes of expression of vascular en- dothelial growth factor. Results The efficacy of TCM （87.6% vs. 58.8%）, quality of life evaluation （66% vs. 53.8%） and vascular endothelial growth factor expression [ （189.6± 13.7）vs. （104.2± 11.4）] of the treatment group were better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The in- cidence of the digestive tract, bone marrow suppression and other side effects in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the adverse reactions were mild. Conclusion FOLFOX6 chemotherapy combined with Yiqifushengfang can strengthen the treatment efficiency, improve the quality of life of advanced gastric cancer patients with higher safety.
