苏格兰全纳教师培养策略及其启示 被引量:2

摘要 随着全纳教育的不断推进,教师专业素养对于全纳教育有效实施的重要性日益凸显。为了培养教师的全纳教育素养,苏格兰进行了积极的探索。其改革措施包括:出台教育政策、调整课程内容、实行跨机构联合培养等。苏格兰在全纳教师培养中取得的经验对我国的全纳教师培养具有启示意义。借鉴苏格兰的全纳教师培养经验,我国应:(1)明确全纳教育素养是教师专业素养的必要组成部分;(2)重视师范生全纳教育实践能力的培养;(3)探索多元的全纳教育课程设置方式。 With the advancement of inclusive education,teachers' professional quality is becoming more and more important for the effective implementation of inclusive education. In order to cultivate the inclusive education quality of teachers,Scotland has made a positive exploration. Reforming measures include promulgating the education policy,carrying out curriculum reform,and implementing inter-agency and joint training. The experience of inclusive teacher education training in Scotland has positive implications for the inclusive teacher training in our country. Learning from the experience of Scotland,it should be clear that( 1) inclusive education quality is a necessary part of teacher's professional quality;( 2) we should pay attention to the training of the practical ability of normal students; and( 3) explore diverse inclusive education curriculum.
