摘要 建立完善的教育关爱服务体系是解决农村留守儿童教育问题的重要途径。这一体系的建设要以创新社会治理体制为引领。创新社会治理体制是农村留守儿童教育政策的价值导向,是解决农村留守儿童问题的必要条件,也是构建农村留守儿童教育关爱服务体系的内在要求。在创新社会治理体制下,着眼于农村留守儿童教育的现实困境,需要几个方面的协同努力,即坚持政府的全局引领作用、释放学校的教育关爱活力、发挥农村社区的教育服务功能以及营造温馨和谐的家庭教育氛围。 The establishment of a sound education care service system is an important way to solve the educational problem of rural left-behind children. The construction of this system needs social governance innovation as the guiding principle for several reasons. First,The innovation of social governance system is the value orientation of the education policy of rural left-behind children. Second,it is a necessary condition to solve the problem of left-behind children in rural areas. Third,it is the inherent requirement of constructing the education care service system for rural left-behind children. Under the innovation of social governance system,with an eye to the realistic predicament of the education of the left-behind children in rural areas and adhering to the government's overall leading role,this paper seeks to release school education and caring vitality,revive the rural community education service function and construct a warm and harmonious family atmosphere.
