兰州市三甲医院临床护士工作满意度与组织公民行为的关系研究 被引量:2

Study on the Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Clinical Nurses Working in the Top Three Hospitals in Lanzhou

摘要 目的了解兰州市三甲医院临床护士的工作满意度和组织公民行为的现状;探讨两者在临床护士人口学变量上的差异;讨论两者之间的相互关系。方法使用明尼苏达工作满意度短式问卷和中国人组织公民行为量表,对1 001名兰州市三甲医院临床护士进行测量,对数据进行统计和分析。结果兰州市三甲医院临床护士在组织公民行为的得分较高,在工作满意度中内在满意度得分较高,外在满意度得分一般。工作满意度与组织公民行为及其各维度之间存在显著相关关系,相关系数为0.532。结论兰州市三甲医院临床护士的工作满意度和组织公民行为之间存在显著正相关。 Objectives To discussed factual status and differences of the clinical nurses in the job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior and explored the relationship between them.Methods In the process of the study,we investigated 1001 clinical nurses with General Condition Questionnaire,Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire and Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale.Descriptive statistics,single factor analysis of variance and regression analysis method were used to analysis.Results Job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of clinical nurses working in top three hospitals vary greatly in demographic variables.Clinical nurses got high scores in organizational citizenship behavior and inner satisfaction,while they scored low in extrinsic satisfaction.Significant correlations exist among job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior as well as dimensions,and the correlation coefficient is 0.532.Conclusions For clinical nurses working in Lanzhou top class hospitals,there is significant positive correlation between organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction.
