基于报童模型的运营商间频谱共享策略

摘要 传统的静态频谱分配方式难以适应未来无线通信业务的发展需求,可能导致运营商业务和用户服务质量受到限制。针对此问题,提出了一种基于报童模型的运营商间频谱共享模型,并通过研究最佳频谱共享策略使双方运营商的利润得到最大化。该模型允许运营商A与运营商B以相互租赁频谱的方式共享资源,双方运营商通过协商确定最佳租赁频谱量。仿真结果表明,所提策略在保证用户服务质量(Qo S)的同时,使频谱资源利用率提高约25.4%,使运营商A与运营商B的利润分别增加了约28.6%,38.2%。 Traditional static spectrum allocation cannot adapt to the future development of wireless com- munication services, leading to limited profits for operators and poor quality of service (QoS) for users. Aiming at the problem, this paper proposes a newsvendor based inter-operator spectrum sharing model, making it possible to lease spectrum between operators. Two operators cooperate to share portions of spec- trum but compete to serve users is considered, and an optimal leasing strategy for both A and B operators is proposed to maximize their profits while guaranteeing the QoS for users. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed strategy can improve the spectrum utilization by 25.4%, the profits of A and B opera- tors are increased by 18.6% and 28.2% ,respectively.
