摘要 渤海油田在生产过程中暴露出的产量递减快、底水上升快、找水堵水困难等问题严重影响了油井产能的发挥和开发的综合效益。为解决海上油田生产过程中含水率上升快的问题,本文进行了在油田开发早期即运用钻完井技术手段进行稳油控水的研究。针对套管井,制定了水淹层避射原则优化射孔方案,同时通过压裂砾石充填技术稳油控水;针对水平井,采用变密度筛管控水技术、中心管控水技术及投产管理控水技术进行稳油控水,最终形成一套适合渤海油田开发的稳油控水技术体系。实际应用表明,该技术可有效控制海上油田产量递减率,减缓含水率上升速度,具有广泛的应用前景。 This article describes the Bohai Oilfield outstanding problems in the decline in production is fast, the bottom water rise quickly, find water and water problems seriously affect the oil well production and development of the comprehensive benefits. In order to solve the problem of fast increase of water content in offshore oilfield, this paper carried out research on oil and water control by drilling and completion technology in the early stage of oilfield development. Aiming at the cased well, the principle of avoiding water-flooded layer is formulated and the perforation scheme is optimized. At the same time, the fracturing and gravel packing technology is used to stabilize the water control. For the horizontal well, the variable density sieve water control technology, the central control water technology and the production management water control technology to stabilize oil control water, which is suitable for the development of stable oil in Bohai oitfield. This system effectively control the production in older fields decline, slow the water velocity fields, enhanced oil recovery. The prospect of application is wide.
