补充复合维生素B_2和A对减轻青少年腹部手术后脂质过氧化反应的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨补充复合维生素B_2和A对减轻青少年腹部手术后脂质过氧化反应的效果。方法选取我院腹部手术治疗患者66例分为观察组和对照组各33例。对照组进行腹部手术和术后预防性抗感染治疗,观察组在此基础上口服维生素A 3万单位/天和复合维生素B_21.5 mg/d,共服用1 w。检测两组治疗前和治疗1、3、5、7 d后患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平,并分析不良反应和并发症。结果观察组SOD、GSH-PX、MDA、T-AOC均于术后1 d达到峰值,而对照组上述指标于术后3 d才达到峰值;观察组治疗5、7 d后的血清SOD、GSH-PX和T-AOC水平均提高,血清MDA水平则均降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组深静脉血栓、肝功能异常、肾功能异常等的发生率则低于对照组(P<0.05);而两组术后7 d内头晕、消化道反应、腹水、腹部综合症等发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论适当补充复合维生素B_2和A可减轻青少年腹部手术后氧化应激,防治过氧化反应对细胞和组织器官造成损伤。 Objective To study the effect of supplementing compound vitamin B2 and A on reducing lipid peroxidation after abdominal surgery in teenagers. Methods 66 cases who were given abdominal surgeries in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group. The control group underwent abdominal surgeries and postoperative prophylactic anti-infective therapy, while the observation group was given vitamin A 30 000 U/d and compound vitamin B2 1.5 mg/d for 1 week on this basis. The level of SOD, GSH-PX, MDA, and T - AOC in the two groups before treatment and 1,3, 5, 7 days after treatment was detected and the adverse reactions and complications were analyzed. Results The level of SOD, GSH-PX, MDA, and T - AOC in the observation group reached the peak 1 day after operation, while that in the control group reached the peak 3 days after operation. The level of serum SOD, GSH-PX and T - AOC in the observation group all rose 5 and 7 days after treatment, and the level of serum MDA lowered. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The incidence of deep vein thrombosis, abnormal liver function, and abnormal renal function in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P〈0. 05). And there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of dizziness, gastrointestinal reaction, ascites and abdominal syndrome between the two groups (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Proper supplement of compound vitamin B2 and A can reduce oxidative stress after abdominal surgery in teenagers, and prevent the damage to cells and tissues caused by peroxidation.
