混种黑麦草和三叶草对假繁缕铬、铜及镍积累的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Intercropping with Ryegrass and Clover on Chromium, Copper and Nickel Accumulations of Pseudostellaria Maximowicziana

摘要 为提高假繁缕修复效率的混种方式,通过盆栽试验,研究混种黑麦草和三叶草对假繁缕铬、铜以及镍的影响。结果表明,相较于其他的种植方式,混种三叶草显著提高了假繁缕茎秆、叶片和地上部分的铬、铜、镍积累量,并且修复效率最高。3种植物混种的黑麦草地上部分和叶片的铬、铜、镍积累量显著大于其它种植方式。单种三叶草茎秆、叶片和地上部分的铬积累量均大于混种,混种假繁缕的三叶草的叶片和地上部分铜、镍积累量要显著大于其它种植方式。假繁缕混种黑麦草的单盆茎秆铜、铬积累总量高于各自的单种。3种植物混种的单盆茎秆和地上部分铜积累总量均高于3种植物各自的单种。 To study the intercropping methods for improving the repair efficiency of Pseudostellafia maximowicziana, the pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of Lolium perenne and Trifolium pratense 'with P. maximowieziana on Cr accumulation, Cu accumulation and Ni accumulation of P. maximowieziana. The results showed that, compared with other intereropping methods, method intercropping with T. pratense could improve Cr, Cu and Ni accumulations in stems, leaves and shoots of P. maximowicziana. Methods intercropping with two kinds of plants increased Cr, Cu and Ni accumulations in shoots and leaves of L. perenne compared with other intercropping methods. Methods intercropping with P. maximowicziana decreased Cr accumulation in stems, leaves and shoots of T. pretense compared with the monocuhure, and increased Cu and Ni accumulations in shoots and leaves of T. pretense. The total Cr accumulation in stems of P. maximowicziana and L. perenne intercropping system was higher than monoeulture of this two species respectively. The total Cu accumulation in stems of P. maximowicziana and L. perenne intercropping system was higher than monoeuhure of this two species respectively. The total Cu accumulation in stems and shoots of three kinds of intercropping system was higher than monoeulture of this three species respectively.
