某化工企业TMPTA车间废气治理系统改造工程实例 被引量:4

摘要 结合江苏某化工企业三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)车间废气污染的监测和改造经验,总结了该废气污染特点,采用"一级低温水冷+气体捕集器+一级碱吸收+旋风除雾+活性炭纤维吸附回收装置"的综合治理技术有效控制了废气污染,并实现了甲苯的回收利用。采用的活性炭纤维吸附回收装置的设计风量为6 000 m3/h,设计甲苯的流量为30 kg/h。改造设备总投资约为120万元,每年回收甲苯的总价值为136.8万元,运行费用约67.7万元。相关监测数据表明上述废气治理工艺在设备正常运行时可确保污染物达标排放。 Combined with the waste gas pollution monitoring and engineering experiences of a chemical factory TMPTA workshop in Jiangsu, the pollution characteristics of waste gas were analyzed. The combination process of "first-stage low temperature water cooling + gas trap + first-stage alkali adsorption + cyclone mist + activated carbon fiber adsorption unit" was used to treat the waste gas, the waste gas pollution was effectively controlled, and the recovery of toluene was realized. The designed air flow rate of the activated carbon fiber adsorption unit was 6 000 m^3/h, the mass flow rate of toluene was 30 kg/h. The total cost of the equipment was about 1.2 million yuan, the total value of the recovery of toluene is 1.368 million yuan each year, and the operating cost is about 0.677 million yuan each year. The data showed that during normal operation, the emission concentrations and rates of each kinds of waste gas could be lower than the value in the corresponding standards.
