摘要
目的对厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合螺内酯在老年心力衰竭治疗中的临床疗效和安全性进行探讨。方法选取2001年1月至2015年3月我院收治的老年心力衰竭患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者给予常规治疗方法进行治疗,观察组患者在采用常规治疗的基础上给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合螺内酯,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%,显著高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05);观察组及对照组治疗后6 min步行距离和BNP较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合螺内酯可显著改善老年心力衰竭患者的心功能,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of irbesartan and hyd rochlorothiazide tablets combining spirolactone on elderly heart failure. Methods One hundred cases of elderly heart failure patients were selected from January 2001 to March 2015 and randomly divided into control group（fifty cases） using usual cures and observation group（fifty cases） using usual cures, irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets and spirolactone, the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（92.00% vs.76.00%, P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the walking distance within 6 min and BNP were significantly improved in both groups and the improvement degree in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is a great application value of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets and spirolactone in elderly heart failure.
