琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心律失常的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of effect of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with Wenxin granule in treating arrhythmia of coronary heart disease

目的探析琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片配合稳心颗粒共同作用于冠心病心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法将我院120例冠心病心律失常患者随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,观察组接受琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片与稳心颗粒联合治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(χ~2=10.38,P<0.01);观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%(2/60),显著低于对照组的18.33%(11/60)(P<0.05)。结论琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片与稳心颗粒联合治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with Wenxin granule in treating arrhythmia of coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets, while the observation group received metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets and Wenxin granule. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 76.67% in the control group（ χ^2=10.38, P〈0.01）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%（2/60）, which was significantly lower than 18.33%（11/60） in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets and Wenxin granule has significant therapeutic effect on arrhythmia of coronary heart disease,which is worthy of popularization.
