鼻部皮肤缺损皮瓣修复的临床应用

Nasal skin defect flap clinical application

目的观察多种皮瓣修复鼻部皮肤缺损的效果。方法回顾性分析我中心2009年1月至2015年12月收治的鼻部皮肤缺损患者106例的临床资料,经多种皮瓣修复鼻部皮肤缺损,对供区皮肤拉拢缝合。结果 97例患者创面Ⅰ期愈合;3例因伤口感染,经换药后延迟愈合;5例皮瓣远端部分发黑坏死,经换药后愈合;1例因皮瓣蒂部血肿,致皮瓣坏死,Ⅱ期给予植皮关闭创面。95例患者随访1~36个月,鼻外形良好,患者均满意。结论根据患者具体情况选择皮瓣,可达到患者的心理预期效果。

Objective To observe the effects of various skin flap repaire on nasal skin defect. Methods The clinical data of 106 cases of patients with nasal skin defect admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively, the patients received various skin flap repaire, and the donor area was sutured directly. Results The wound healed at Ⅰ stage in 97 patients; the wound was infected in 3 cases and delayed union after changing dressings; the flap distal part got black and necrosis in 5 cases and delayed union after changing dressings; 1 case was with hematoma in flap pedicle division leading to flap necrosis, and was given skin graft closed wound at Ⅱ stage. Ninety-five cases were followed up for 1-36 month, the nasal shape recovered well and patients were all satisfied. Conclusion Choosing flap according to the specific conditions of patients can achieve the psychological expectations of the patients.
