Features and improvements in the standardized training of residents in respiratory department

随着国家住院医师规范化培训的持续深入,结合呼吸内科专业特点,本文对西安交通大学第二附属医院呼吸内科教学改革的经验和教训进行了总结,以期为呼吸专业住院医师规范化培训的临床教学工作提供借鉴。

Under the background of the continuous deepening of national resident standardization training, combined with professional characteristics of respiratory medicine, we summed up the experience and lessons of teaching reform of the Respiratory Department in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi＇an Jiaotong University, aiming to provide reference for the standardized resident training in respiratory department.
